When and where is the show?
October 15-17, 2021 at Famoso Dragstrip.
What car can I bring to the show?
Cars, trucks, corvettes…as long as it is a 55-56-57 Chevy, your vehicle is welcome.
How do I sign up?
If you are bringing a car, it is $65 until noon on Sunday, October 17th. The registration is good for one tri-five & two adults well as all the activities mentioned in our schedule. Visit our registration page.
What if I'm a member of the American Tri-Five Association?
American Tri-Five Association members get registration discounts. Check out the ATFA page for more.
What if I’m not bringing a car?
It’s $20 per person, per day. If you would like to come both days,visit our registration page.
What about kids?
Kids under 12 are free admission.
What does the registration get me?
A window tag for one car & event passes for two people – good for both days.
I registered, but I didn’t get a confirmation.

Can I bring my RV?
Yes, there is RV parking on the east side of the drag strip. RV parking is $25 per day. (If you arrive Thursday, it is $75. If you arrive Friday, it is $50. If you arrive Saturday, it is $25.) for RV spot, and you MUST be registered for the show, either regular registration or drag racer. There are no hook-ups. You may have a golf cart/pit vehicle, but they can only be used in the RV parking area. If you would like to use in show areas, you must register as a drag racer.
How do I get my credentials?
All credentials are available for pick up at the host hotel on Thursday, October 14th or at the Registration tent on October 15-17th at Famoso.
Are golf carts allowed?
We ask that golf carts are reserved to those with a handicap placard and/or a drag racing pass. You must be 21 years or older to operate a golf cart. There is a limited number of golf carts. They are first reserved, first served. Reservations WILL NOT BE TAKEN UNTIL LATE JANUARY 2021.

Can I drag race?
Yes! There will be either competitive or fun run racing going on the whole time the track is open. You can either register to race competitively or the fun runs are included in your registration.
When do I get my credentials for drag racing?
To register/pick up a packet at the show as a drag racer ONLY, please head to Famoso on Thursday.
Are there awards?
Yes, there will be a Lecarra Top 10 then narrowed down the to American Tri-Five Association's Best of the West.
Can I bring a cooler to the event?
You are welcome to bring a cooler to the event. There are food vendors at Famoso and with your passes, you are able to come and go through the gates.
What if I signed up for the event and I cannot go?
We do not issue refunds for the event. If you are unable to make it, we will roll over your registration to the following event. We will verify your tickets were not picked up, then roll over your registration to the following year.
Where can I park my trailer?
Famoso has trailer parking on site with 24 hour security. This does not allow entrance into the gate.
How long can I leave the trailer?
There will be trailer parking inside the gates of Famoso at the campground gate (1st gate when heading west on Famoso Rd). Trailers will be parked beyond the campground area towards the end of the drag strip. You will receive a trailer parking pass when you drop off the trailer to allow access in and out of trailer parking throughout the weekend.
Can I sell parts?
If you’d like to sell used parts, we have a swap meet. If you have new parts, check out a vendor spot. Note, no food or apparel vendors allowed.
